It was back in late November last year that the PiercingMetal High Command was once again in attendance at the rapidly expanding Anime NYC convention at the Javits Center. I’ve been going to this event since its debut in 2017 and the 2023 event would mark my sixth annual attendance as a part of the Geek Media. Generally speaking, I begin running the Instagram images straight away but the website and life got super busy around that time and it prevented me from serving up all of the awesome cosplayers and the other sights that I encountered along the way. I was timely with the Reels and other short form videos because those needed to go live as they happened and any of the day to day convention and promotional posts can be found by clicking HERE as that will open up a new browser tag with the content that’s been dedicated to the 2023 convention. Now without any further adieu, here begins the Instagram Takeover by Anime NYC 2023. I am pretty sure that you will like what you see because I have a couple of hundred images to bring to your attention.
Now I should point out that there is an upside to this delay because in the time that has passed, the Official Instagram of PiercingMetal has posted its 11k photograph and that’s pretty cool to me since I’ve been using this since sometime in 2012. My plan is to pause to reflect evertime that a milestone like this has been achieved and my post that discusses photograph 11,000 can be examined by clicking HERE. If you’re not yet following the outlet on this social media network there is no time like the present because its quite entertaining if I can say so myself. There are no endless selfies of me or complaints about the woes of the world around me and just bright and colorful entertaining images. Your support is of vital importance because if you don’t follow and engage with us we might fall behind what sometimes amounts to being a lesser brand or from those big talking content creators who speak more than actually serving up what they are here for. I’ve been known to answer all of the pings that we get as this keeps me in touch with the general audience. Now if you will excuse me, its time to get back to catching up on all of these posts. Oh yeah so before I close this up please understand that I am absolutely terrible in knowing most of the characters in the Anime world. I come from the New York Comic Con stuff and am schooled more in the likenesses of Marvel and DC Comics. I love the talented people we meet and the work that gets put into the outfits but I won’t know too many of them.
