With “The Walking Dead” season just ending a couple of weeks ago the fan boys and girls are slavering for the next show to sate their fantasy hungers and I am happy to report that Season 5 of the HBO Original Series “Game Of Thrones” will air tonight. Have you been watching? If not then you can still sign up for HBO and catch all of the past seasons on HBO Go which is pretty sweet.
The premise is light according to the show’s Wiki entry and simply states that “The fifth season of the fantasy drama television series Game of Thrones was ordered by HBO in April 2014, together with the sixth season, and is scheduled to premiere on April 12, 2015. It adapts material from A Feast for Crows and A Dance with Dragons, the fourth and fifth novels in George R. R. Martin’s A Song of Ice and Fire series.” Now let’s take a look at the massive cast of characters that we shall see during the fifth season.

PiercingMetal Thoughts: I think I have said this before but I was not behind this show at the onset but got more into it by the second season. Now its rather enjoyable to me and so many of my friends are digging it that I try to tune in to be a part of the discussion. Its well acted by most of the cast and the characters compelling and with that being said I am very much looking forward to the fifth season. What are you readers thinking about this one? Have you been tuning in at all or care you not? I am interested in hearing what you think.
The official Wikipedia entry for the show will line out a lot of additional information but be aware that spoilers might be in there as well so have a care when digging around on the link below. Speaking of spoilers I am hoping to avoid any of those who enjoy putting every detail on Facebook the moment after it happens this evening since I will be at a crushing Metal show and unable to watch until I return from it. “The Walking Dead” has taught me to stay off Facebook when it comes to popular shows among Geekdom. Ciao for now.
