We’re just about a month away from the release of “X-Men: Days Of Future Past” in theaters everywhere and I’ve discussed this 20th Century Fox feature a couple of times already. Clicking HERE will bring up the whole shebang so far in the event you missed anything and to also give you a reference point for anything that should come after this. The latest trailer is below, and I’ve made this post a special one as I’ve even included a few of the promotional posters. Since I’ve discovered a bunch of those I will run a special post with the whole group of them for easier digestion. Enjoy.
The Premise: X-Men: Days of Future Past is a 2014 superhero film directed and co-produced by Bryan Singer and written by Simon Kinberg from a story by Kinberg, Jane Goldman and Matthew Vaughn. The film is based on the fictional X-Men characters that appear in Marvel Comics and is the seventh installment of the X-Men film series, the sequel to both X-Men: The Last Stand (2006) and X-Men: First Class (2011). The story, inspired by the 1981 Uncanny X-Men storyline “Days of Future Past” by Chris Claremont and John Byrne, focuses on two time periods, with Wolverine traveling back in time to 1973 to change history and prevent an event that results in doom for both humans and mutants.

PiercingMetal Thoughts: I’m not going to add much more to this since I’ve already cited how I enjoyed the first two trailers. One thing that gets me is the risk involved in a third clip because I feel they got to the point in the first two and risk people figuring out more of the plot based on a third. Do you agree? I am definitely seeing this in the theaters since it looks exciting but not too sure about on the first day. It depends on what is happening in my media world at the time. What about you readers? Did you enjoy this? Chime in down below and let’s keep this stuff vibrant as all topical notions are immediately given the nod.
