The Details: King’s X is one of the best sounding bands that I have ever had the pleasure of seeing in concert or listening to on recordings over the last couple of decades that I have followed them. Those of you who have similar experiences are likely nodding your heads along to the statement and yet despite this there are far too many people that have not a single idea about what this band holds in their musical grasp. King’s X in Concert (4/2006)

King’s X was back in NYC and doing a show with both ZO2 and Mardot as direct support. I had not seen this band in many years, so was excited to see them once again but I would not arrive in time for the openers. The band has always held a special place in the hearts of Progressive Rock music fans so I knew this would be a good show.
